How much is delivery?
- Free Delivery (only within Dubai) – with minimum order of 100 AED
- Standard Delivery – within Dubai – 20 AED
- Sharjah, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, Abu Dhabi, Fujairah, Ajman: 25 AED
- – **Promotional Free Delivery:** During special promotional periods, delivery fees will be waived for a limited time for eligible orders’ addresses that fall within designated areas only. These areas will be specified in the promotional campaign.
We reserve the right to impose the applicable shipping fee should the shipping address fail to meet the specified requirements.
Kindly note, if the delivery fee is not paid within 28 days from the date of the order is placed, the order will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued.
Delivery may be delayed during the month of school/term starts.
Coupon Code Terms and Conditions
- Eligibility: Coupon codes are available to customers who meet the specified criteria outlined for each promotion as advertised in Sticky’s social media and marketing campaigns.
- Usage: Coupon codes are valid for one-time use only and cannot be combined with other offers, unless explicitly stated.
- Expiration: Coupon codes must be used before the expiration date listed. Expired codes will not be honored.
- Misuse: Misuse of promo codes, including but not limited to unauthorized distribution, resale, or fraudulent use, will result in the Sticky’s right to impose a fee or forfeit the sale.
- Sticky reserves the right to:
– Cancel any order deemed to be in violation of the terms, without prior notice to the customer.
– Charge the customer’s account for any fees or additional costs incurred due to misuse.
– Ban the customer from future promotions. - Changes: Sticky reserves the right to modify or cancel promo codes and their terms at any time without prior notice.
- Limitations: Promo codes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
- Liability: Sticky is not responsible for lost or stolen promo codes. By using a promo code, customers agree to abide by these above outlined terms and conditions.
Barcode Designs – Terms and Conditions
- Only ONE barcode design is allowed per order.
- You are allowed to enter up to two rows of letters within the dimension of the stickers.
- Within 48 hours of placing an order, we will attempt to contact you to finalize on design criterion and/or text placement.

Our labels can withstand in excess of 60 washes, and dryer safe up to 30 cycles.
Things to note before start:
1. The glue of the label needs approximately 150-170°C for few seconds to initiate glue bonding with any fabric.
2. Dry Iron is preferred. Steam from iron can weaken the glue bonding between label and fabric.
3. Iron the label using base plate areas without holes. Steam iron base plate usually has holes which can cause uneven glue bonding.
4. Tip of the iron is good to get corners. But sometimes not as hot as the centre part of the iron plate, so you may have to iron longer.
5. Please avoid peeling the label from corner to ensure proper glue bonding upon ironing. Peel from any sides.
6. Uneven/Soiled/Wet garments will not allow proper glue bonding.
7. For delicate garments, cover the label with thin cloth prior to iron.
8. We highly recommend to wait 24 hours prior washing to ensure complete bonding of labels to fabric.
Iron On Label Step-by-Step Guide
1. Turn off Steam function and set to ‘Dry Mode’.
2. Preheat iron to ‘Linen/Cotton/3 stars or circles’ setting.
3. Turn garment inside-out, if needed.
4. Carefully peel off label from one of the sides.
5. Apply the label on a dry and clean garment.
6. Press iron firmly on the label for 15 seconds without moving the iron around. Then, remove the iron from label to let it rest for 15 seconds. (15secs ON, 15secs OFF)
7. Repeat Step 6 twice.
8. When pressed area has cooled, check the label bonding. Even if you can peel a little off from side, it means bonding is not fully secured. Please repeat Step 6 with more pressure on the iron for approximately 15-20seconds.
How to apply the Sticker?
- Ensure the area of which the sticker will go to is free of contaminants and dry.
- Peel the sticker off the backing sheet from the sides.
- Do not remove from corner.
